The condos will have a contemporary look with the use of glass, steel and also the unique orange rust steel. There will be extensive landscaping to lend beauty to the complex. Silvercore Properties aims to create a sustainable community with a more effective transportation system, green neighbourhoods and more amenities for the residents of the neighbourhood, which is clearly evident in this project too. Following the Aoyuan takeover of the site, however, it is still unclear whether the original architectural plan will be retained.

 Aoyuan Property Group The name behind M2M Condos, Aoyuan Property Group is coming up to create this master-community. The condos are designed by Wallman Architects, a Canadian architectural office dedicated to producing exceptional designs. Aoyuan Property is headquartered in Guangzhou, China and in Hong Kong. The company is engaged in property development, leasing and hotel operations in Mainland China. The 8.6 acre Newtonbrook Plaza site at Yonge and Finch in Toronto will be Aoyuan’s largest master-planned community in Canada. Plans include five residential towers, 180,000 sf. of office and retail, a daycare and community centre. The new community will be 100 m from the Yonge and Finch subway and Finch Go Station.

 M2M Condo Transit Options M2M Condos are a short distance from the Finch subway station. The GO travel terminal is located at 5697 Yonge St, and Finch Station Kiss ‘N’ Ride is also at Yonge St, within walking distance from Yonge & Cummer Condos. Close to the Finch subway station is Yonge St @ Finch Ave bus station. South of the condos runs Hwy 401, on its east lies Hwy 404 and on the north is the Express Toll Route. Many arterial roads make it convenient for the residents of M2M to travel around the neighbourhood and to the nearby areas.
